2015 Apex Trailer
This model features one slide out in the kitchen dining area. This unit has been very gently used & appears to be in very good condition. It is currently situated on a large deep semi wooded site in our adult area.
There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, located at the front of the trailer. There is enough room to walk on both sides of the bed. An Entertainment console with TV is centered on the wall that backs onto the master bedroom; this allows people sitting on both the couch and at the kitchen table to easily watch movies or TV programs.
The kitchen, dining and sitting area are together in the middle of the trailer making it easy for more than one person to prepare meals and still participate in conversations with guests
This trailer has a set of double sized bunks at the rear of the trailer that could easily accommodate a family with children (however it would have to be moved to our family area) or it would be great for a couple who just need comfortable overnight space for occasional guests or grandchildren.
This appears to be a well designed trailer with many desired features for comfortable camping such as double sink, propane stovetop, propane oven, microwave oven, propane/electric fridge, air conditioning, 3 piece bathroom with tub/shower.
Also included: dishes, utensils toaster, kettle, lawn chairs, outdoor table and decking
Everything is said to be in working order. ( the awning was working when purchased 3 years ago by current owner but was not used)
There have been no leaks.
